These Terms apply to all users, including ground owners, players, and visitors.

Our Services

GroundsHunt provides a platform that connects sports ground owners with players, facilitating bookings, payments, and community building.

For Ground Owners

  • • Ground listing and management

  • • Payment processing (90% revenue share)
  • • Analytics and reporting
  • • Customer communication tools

User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • • Providing accurate and complete information
  • • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • • All activities that occur under your account
  • • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

Payments & Fees

Platform Fees

  • • Players: No booking fees
  • • Ground Owners: 10% commission on bookings
  • • Setup: Free for all users
  • • Cancellation: As per cancellation policy

Payment Processing

  • • Automatic refund processing
  • • Weekly payouts to ground owners

All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • • Transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • • Post inappropriate or offensive content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Liability & Disclaimers

GroundsHunt acts as a platform connecting ground owners and players. We are not responsible for:

  • • The quality, safety, or condition of sports grounds
  • • Disputes between users and ground owners
  • • Injuries or damages that may occur during ground usage
  • • Cancellations or changes made by ground owners
  • • Weather-related cancellations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users participate in sports activities at their own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:

  • • Provide 30 days notice for material changes
  • • Allow users to review changes before they take effect
